These Betting Rules govern all interactive sports betting products and services offered by Wj3 to End Users who hold an active betting account. They form an integral part of the Operator’s Terms and Conditions and apply in conjunction with applicable law. Where English is stated as the reference language, it shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with translations. The End User acknowledges that the minimum gambling age is determined by local law and may not be less than the statutory minimum. Wj3 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time with immediate effect upon publication on the platform.
All bets are governed by these Rules. A bet becomes valid only when explicitly accepted in the bet receipt. Wj3 may refuse any bet, in whole or in part, and shall not be obliged to provide justification to the End User.
After a bet is accepted, it cannot be reversed except as provided in these Rules. Where a palpable error or other irregularity occurs in the event odds or details, Wj3 may void the affected bets or settle them according to the corrected information. In the event of multiple identical or similar bets being placed for the same event, Wj3 may reject, suspend or cancel such bets if this undermines risk management or payout limits.
If an event does not start or does not finish as scheduled, bets may be voided unless a market has already been unconditionally determined. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid only if the rescheduled start occurs within a defined window published at the time of the market.
If the location or participating teams are changed in a manner that affects the market, Wj3 may void all bets on that match unless the Market Rules expressly provide otherwise. Adjustments to match duration or number of periods may render relevant bets void.
During live betting, interruptions due to technical issues or governing body decisions do not automatically void existing settled bets. Wj3 reserves the right to suspend settlement on any market where the result is uncertain and to settle or void bets in accordance with the final official result or declared outcome.
Settlements are based on the official result published by the governing body or the event administrator. In cases of inconsistency between official results and results displayed on the platform, Wj3 will rely on the authoritative governing body decision or video evidence held by Wj3. If a decision is reversed or amended after settlement, Wj3 may adjust or reverse settlements provided the final decision is communicated before the conclusion of the relevant event window.
Where a live decision (for example by a match official or video review) conflicts with the state of play at the time bets were placed, bets placed during the interval may be void unless the market terms indicate otherwise or the odds were not affected by the review. Wj3 will apply any applicable time thresholds for finalizing results, and may void bets that remain undecided after the official conclusion window.
Outright markets contemplate the winner of an event, tournament, league or competition, either from the outset or at any stage prior to conclusion. If a listed participant does not commence, all related Outright bets are void. In the event of multiple winners or a dead heat, payout odds are divided equally among winners and stakes are returned.
Head-to-head markets remain subject to standard settlement rules; if a participant is replaced by another, team-based markets may stand while individual participant markets are void.
Outright markets are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule: bets on participants stand as losses regardless of non-participation, unless the rule specifies otherwise. Heads-to-head markets involving non-participating participants are void.
Multi bets aggregate two or more independent selections. For a win, all selections must be correct. If any selection is postponed, the odds for that selection revert to 1.00. Common variants include Trixie, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz and Super Heinz, as defined in market descriptions. Payouts are calculated by applying total odds to the stake, with dead heats shared among winning selections as described in market terms.
Wj3 may offer a Cash Out option on selected bets. Acceptances of Cash Out are at the End User’s sole discretion. The Operator may modify or withdraw Cash Out offers at any time and without notice. Cash Out results depend on the current state of the event and other market conditions and may differ from eventual final results.
Bet Builder enables constructing a multi-market bet within a single Event by combining multiple Markets. Availability is at Wj3’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn or altered at any time. If any component Bet Builder selection is voided, remaining selections may continue to stand in accordance with the Betting Rules. Wj3 reserves the right to reverse settlements if any included selection is settled in error.
Early Payout may be offered for specific events and markets. When triggered, the Bet Builder or any standalone bet may be settled as a winner before the event’s final conclusion. Availability, conditions and payout terms are published per market and are subject to change at Wj3’s discretion. If a bet containing Early Payout selections includes both Early Payout and non-Early Payout components, only the Early Payout components settle early; the remainder remains open until standard settlement. Early Payout is not guaranteed and may be removed at any time.
For user experience, displayed odds are shown with two decimal places. Total odds for a cumulative wager are calculated using additional precision and may differ from the on-screen display due to rounding. The Total Winnings, or payout, is always rounded or truncated to two decimal places as described in the market terms. The maximum period for settlement or re-settlement of a betslip is 30 days from the initial settlement date.
Wj3 operates under applicable regulatory requirements and implements measures to detect fraud and maintain betting integrity. Customers must not exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate information or use prohibited devices to influence outcomes. Wj3 may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Standards.
In the absence of a specific Market Rule, these Betting Rules prevail. Where multiple language versions exist, the English version controls. Wj3 reserves the right to interpret, enforce and amend these Rules as needed and to apply such interpretations to settlements, disputed bets and account activity.
