Wj3's Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests and the release of funds from a User's wagering account. The Policy operates in conjunction with the Wj3 Terms of Service and AML/KYC requirements, and may be updated from time to time.
To initiate a withdrawal, a User must have a valid Wj3 account in good standing and have completed required identity verification (KYC). The Company may request documentation such as government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds. Withdrawals may be blocked or delayed if verification is incomplete or if AML checks fail.
Methods available to the User are listed in the Withdrawal Options section of the Wj3 platform and may vary by jurisdiction. Current options include fiat transfers to bank accounts or electronic wallets and withdrawals to securely linked crypto wallets. Some methods may be unavailable depending on market, currency, or regulatory constraints.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 USD or equivalent. Maximum per transaction, daily/weekly/monthly caps, and currency-specific limits depend on the chosen method and the User's market; these limits are published in the Withdrawal Options area and may change without prior notice.
Wj3 will review and decide on a withdrawal request within two (2) business days of submission. Approved withdrawals are issued using the selected method and should appear in the recipient account in line with the payment provider's processing times. Users may cancel a withdrawal request before it is finalized, subject to any processing status.
Withdrawals must be made by the same method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever feasible. If a deposit was made in virtual currency, fiat withdrawals may be restricted, and vice versa. The Company reserves the right to require conversion or to apply alternative withdrawal methods as necessary.
Wj3 may charge processing fees for withdrawals as published in the Withdrawal Options. Users are responsible for any taxes or regulatory reporting obligations arising from winnings or withdrawals in their jurisdiction. Wj3 does not provide tax advice.
Wj3 reserves the right to perform ongoing AML/KYC checks on withdrawal activity and to request additional documentation at any time. Funds may be frozen or withdrawals refused if the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or policy violations.
Chargebacks initiated by the User will be handled as per the Company policy. The Company may suspend or close the User's account pending investigation. Refunds, when applicable, are processed by Wj3 and typically issued within two (2) business days; refunds do not apply to services that were consumed during gameplay.
The Company reserves the right to amend this Withdrawal Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the User's account or via platform notice. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For withdrawal-related questions or disputes, Users may contact Wj3 Support through the in-platform Live Chat or designated channels. Wj3 will respond within the stated processing times and notify Users of any decision by email or in-account messaging.
This Policy is governed by the laws applicable to Wj3's licensed operations. Any disputes arising from withdrawals are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Wj3 operates, as specified in the Terms of Service.
